Yarbrough, jr" Ross King, <br />Jerri Martin, Lanny Cravy, Bill Veidt <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30p,m. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the March 9, 1970 meeting were approved as <br />presented, on motion of Mr. Zavesky and second of Mr. Smith. <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced an ordinance annexing a 4-acre tract owned by <br />the Knights of Columbus Home Association. Mr. Zavesky moved adoption <br />of. the ordinance on final reading; Mr. Smi,th seconded the motion <br />and on roll calL the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AYE: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />NAY: <br /> <br />Flores, Serur, Smith, Zavesky <br />Contreras <br />None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the-Ordinance Passed, Approved and Ado~ted. <br /> <br />W.S. Rader appeared before the Council to request final approval <br />of Subdivision Tanglewood#3. The plat was examined by Councilmen <br />and plans discussed with Mr. Rader. Mr. Smith moved approl>al of <br />th~ final plat of Tanglewood #3., Mr. Zavesky seconded the motion <br />and on roll call, the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Contreras, Flores,Serur,- Smith, Zavesky <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />TheM~yor declared the motionc~rried. <br /> <br />The Council considered an amendatory offer on-the $1,400,000 <br />federal loan on the Water & Sewer Improvement Project. The City <br />Manager explained that the offer included se.,eralminor changes <br />which would reduce the total project contract from $2,674,000 to <br />$2,600,000. Mr. Serur moved acceptance of the Amendatory Offer. <br />Mr. Zavesky seconded the motion and on roll call, ~he following <br />vote was recorded: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AYE: Contreras, Flores, Serur, Smith, Zavesky <br />NAY: None <br /> <br />The Mayor declared the motion passed. <br /> <br />The Mayor introduced an ordinance authorizing the sale of the <br />$1,400,000 revenue bonds for the Water & Sewer Project. <br />
