Baugh Tom Akins Susan Fritsche Councilman John Hansen Also present: Ruth King; David Dailey; David Pool and others. The Mayor called the meeting to order at 12:30 p.m. Mr. Sutton moved the removal of Pete Rodriguez, Herschel Walling, Leonard Fielder, and Eddy Etheredge from the Board of Equalization due to their inability to attend scheduled meetings. Mr. Breihan seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock announced the nomination to fill the vacancies on the Board of Equalization as follows: Mrs. Ross King, W.D. Owen, David Pool, David Dailey, John Fitch, and Shirley Wickersham. On roll call, Councilmen voted for three of the nominees as follows: II I ARREDONDO: BREIHAN: DIBRELL: CRADDOCK: FLORES: SUTTON: Fitch, King, Pool King, Pool, Dailey King, Pool, Dailey Fitch, King, Owen Fitch, King, Pool Pool, Dailey, Gwen The Mayor announced the Mrs. King and Mr. Pool had received the majority of votes, and that Mr. Dailey and Dr. Fitch had tied for the third appointment.
