Allen, Acting Mayor <br />B D. Hillburn, Alderman <br />Herman Korff, Alderman <br />i'i'. M. Davis, Alderman <br /> <br />others present were: <br /> <br />Hugh C. Dickson, W.. G. Barbee, Fredericka Hopkins" <br /> <br />A quorum being present the meGting W2S called to order by Acting Mayor C. M. <br />Allen 2nd the following t?anspired: <br /> <br />1\1[:1'. Hugh C.
