M.
Allen presiding:

Present: Mayor C. M. Allen
Aldennen: S. R. Beecroft
W. M. Davis
B. D. Hillburn
Herman Korff
James Tuttle
City Manager B. R. Fuller
Deputy City Secty. Fritzie Turner

The Mayor called the meeting to order with the first item of
business the appointing of one member of the three-man board to
appraise the value of the required right-of-way on RM 12 (Moore
Street) .

The Council was advised that some of the resident property
owners had selected Mr. Alex B. Kercheville as their member of the
Board.

Alderman Hillburn made a motion that B. R. Gulledge be appointed
and that Mr. Kercheville and Mr. GUlledge pick the third member. The
motion was seconded by Alderman Tuttle and carried unanimously.

I

The City Manager was instructed to make the City's records avail-
able to the Board as required for the completion of their work.

The City Manager reported that Mr. Alex Kercheville had installed
a 6 inch sewer service line to serve his buildings on Colorado Street.
The City had attached some buildings to this line. Mr. Kercheville
needs a service to connect two of his buildings on FL 23 (corner Guada-
lupe and Colorado). It was the pleasure of the Council that the City
provide a 6 inch service and Mr. Kercheville pay $25.00 for each tap.

The City Manager reported further on the Weatherford subdivision
request for sewer service. He stated that the subdivision, while not
on record, provides only a 30 foot right-of-way for streets. This
is below the City's minimum of 50 feet, and suggested the matter be
discussed with the City Attorney.

There being no further business the meeting, on motion adjourned.

I

,CX~, d~

'Herman Korff, Alde~
---- --. ~
/ ,
(J" _
'" /1 " _,
./>5:~'L~'-C=::;;:<::c~:",k/

" / Ja;nes Tuttle, Alderman
f../,/

~ /--- - n /,;'
(\I//)) /f f' Ii /
'---.\\ ~/.j \ "I,,),f
C.
