<br />;{;6 <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 13. 1960 <br /> <br />On the 13th day of September 1960 at 2;00 o.clock P.M., the <br />Governing Body of the City of San Marcos met in regular session at the <br />City Hall, Mayor C. M. Allen presiding. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Present: Mayor C. M. Allen <br />Aldermen; B. D. Hillburn <br />James Tuttle <br />City Manager B. R. Fuller <br />City Secretary JUdy B. Brackett <br /> <br />Absent; <br /> <br />Aldermen: <br /> <br />::i. R. Beecroft <br />W. M. Davis <br />Herman Korff <br />Mrs. Roland Manske, AAOW <br />Ralph Horton <br />Leslie McQuinn <br /> <br />Also Present; <br /> <br />In the absence of a quorum, Mayor Allen announced that the <br />meeting would be al,ijourned to reconvene Wednesday, September 21st 1960, <br />at 3100 o'clock in the afternoon. <br /> <br />Mr. Ralph Horton requested permission to discuss a plat of <br />a proposed subdivision which had been submitted to the City Manager on <br />Monday, September 12th. This proposed addition adjoins the Greendale <br />Addition Unit 1, Revised, and Mr. Horton expressed a desire that the <br />City expedite, as much as possible, the preliminary approval of the <br />plat. Mayor Allen advised Mr. Horton that the plat would have to con- <br />form in all respects to the Subdivision Ordinance, a copy of which was <br />in Mr. Horton's possession. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. McQuinn expressed his interest in seeing that the road <br />to the new county hospital be opened and improved as rapidly as possible. <br /> <br />There being no other matters to discuss, the Council adjourned <br />to reconvene at 3100 o'clock on the afternoon of September 21st. <br /> <br />I'! /; ... rrr/ / . <br />\U/ ;; 1\ ~jYJl / i-J <br />c.
