I l'- -- .... - U ::0 UJ I I 136 ORDINANCE NO. 1978-23 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR THE USE OF PARKS AND RECREATION FACILITIES; REPEALING PRIOR SCHEDULES OF FEES AND CHARGES WHICH MAY BE IN CONFLICT THERE~' WITH; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council desires to consolodate various schedules of fees and charges for the use of Parks and Recreation Facilities into one single ordinance; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: Part 1. That the following Schedule of Fees and Charges For th,~ Use of Parks and Recreation Facilities be and is hereby approved: (a) Charles S. Cock Home: Morning Only (Till 12:00 Noon) Afternoon Only (I:OO P.M. - 5:00 P.M.) Evening Only (6:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M.) Beyond 11:00 P.M. Full Calendar Day ALL FEES PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. $ 5.00 $10.00 $10.00 $ 2.50 per hour $20.00 (b) Recreation Center in City Park: Hall: $2.50 per hour, including decorating time, with a mini- mum fee of $5.00. Kitchen: Use of kitchen in addition to the fee for the hall - $5.00. A deposit of $15.00 is required to cover possible damage and is refundable after determination that no damage has been sustained. ALL FEES PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. (c) Softball Fields: Tournament fee of $25.00 for a two day tournament. If a Fri- day night is used there will be an additional fee of $10.00. ALL FEES PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. (d) Swimming Pool: Admission: Adults Training Sessions: -- $.75 Children (14 and under) -- $.251 For swimming teams, a $10.00 per week fee shall be collected in advance. Fee: entitle' team to use pool 5 days per week when pool is not open for public use or swimming clas, ALL FEES PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. (e) Dunbar Recreation Center: For meetings a fee of $1.50 per hour. All day use of meeting rooms will require a $15. 00 fee. ALL FEES PAYABLE IN }\DVANCE. Part 2. That all other Schedules of Fees and Charges For the Use of Parks and Recreation Facilities which may be in conflict herewith be and are hereby rescinded and repealed.
