<br />144 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1974-1-R <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING A <br />LEASE AGREEMENT WITH AQUARENA, INC., <br />LEASING TO THE CITY CERTAIN PROPERTY <br />KNOWN AS THE AQUARENA SPRINGS GOLF COURSE <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS TO EXECUTE THE SAME ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />is of the opinion that the City should continue the lease <br />arrangement with Aquarena Inc., for the leasing of Aquarena Springs <br />Golf Course; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to authorize the Mayor to <br />execute said lease on behalf of the City for calendar year 1975; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the Lease Agreement attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein be, and is herby, in all things approved and adopted for the <br />purpose of providing the terms and conditions of the City leasing <br />certain property from Aquarena Inc. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />PART 2. Thet the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />Dr. Emmie Craddock; be" and is hereby, authorized to execute said <br />lease on behalf of the City of San Marcos for the calenaar year <br />1975. <br /> <br />PART 3.
