<br />162 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1975 - 6 <br /> <br />FOLLOW-UP ORDER <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />On this the ~ day of Februarv , 197 5, the City <br />Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in Regular <br />session at the regular meeting place in the City Hall of said <br />City, with the following members present, to wit: <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> DR. EMMIE CRADDOCK, <br /> TED BREIHAN <br /> BILL CUNNINGHAM <br /> BILL DIBRELL <br /> LUCIANO FLORES <br /> JOHN HANSEN <br />I KENNETH SUTTON <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, <br />and the following absent: None <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />, constituting <br />a quorum, at which time the following, among other proceedings, <br />were had, to wit: <br />The proposed ordinance was introduced and read in full. <br />Councilman Sutton moved that the rule requiring ordinances <br />to be read at more than one meeting of the Council be suspended and <br />that said ordinance be passed as an emergency measure because of <br />the emergency stated in the preamble to said ordinance and that <br />said ordinance become effective immediately from and after its <br />passage. The motion was seconded by Councilman Hansen <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Mayor Craddock and Councilmen Breihan , Cunningham , <br /> <br />Dibrell <br /> <br />Flores <br /> <br />Hansen <br /> <br />Sutton <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br />Councilman Sutton moved that the ordinance be passed <br />finally. The motion was seconded by Councilman Hansen <br />
