<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />~ <br />177 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1975 - 12 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OJ" <br />SAN MA..1\COS, TEXAS, Al'IDIDING THE RESOWTION AND <br />ORDER ESTABLISHING PROCEDURE FOR THE REGUlAR <br />CITY ELECTION BY ClWlGL"lGTHE POLLL"lG PlACE L"l <br />PRECL"lCT 10 FROM SECOND BA.PTIST CHURCH TO <br />l<JESTOVER BAPTIST CHURCH; AND DEClARL"lG AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />\~S, Second Baptist Church has become unavailable for use as a <br /> <br />polling place for the Regular City Election; and <br /> <br />\'iHERFAS, the City Council desires to amend the Resolution and Order <br /> <br />establishing procedure for the Regular Citv Election; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />Part 1. That the Resolution and Order establishing procedure for the <br />Regular city Election passed by the City Council of said City in the <br />Rep;ular Meeting of February 24, 1975, be amended by deleting Second <br />Baptist Church as a polling place for Precinct 10. <br /> <br />Part 2. That said Resolution and Order be amended by including Hestover <br />Baptist Church as the polling place for Precinct 10. <br /> <br />Part 3.
