<br />29 <br /> <br />ORDINAWCE NO. 1975 - 23 <br /> <br />FOLLOW-UP ORDER <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAYS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />On this the 12th day of May , 1975, the City <br /> <br />Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in Re~ular <br /> <br />session at the regular meeting place in the City Hall of said <br /> <br /> <br />City, with the following members present, to wit: <br /> <br />DR. EMMIE CRADDOCK, <br />FRANK T. ARREDONDO <br />TED BREIHAN <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />BILL DIBP,ELL <br />LUCIANO FLORES <br />JOHN HANSEN <br />KENNETH SUTTON <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, <br /> <br />) <br />~ <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />and the following absent: None , constituting <br />a quorum, at which time the following, among other proceedings, <br />were had, to wit: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The proposed ordinance was introduced and read in full. <br />Councilman Sutton moved that the rule requiring ordinances <br />to be read at more than one meeting of the Council be suspended and <br />that said ordinance be passed as an emergency measure because of <br />the emergency stated in the preamble to said ordinance and that <br />said ordinance become effective immediately from and after its <br />passage. The motion was seconded by Councilman Flores <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Mayor Craddock and Councilmen Arredondo , Breihan <br />Dibrell Flores Hansen Sutton <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Sutton moved that the ordinance be passed <br />finally. The motion was seconded by Councilman Flores <br />
