<br />59 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1974 - 5 <br /> <br />BOND ORDINANCE <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />On this the 16th day of January, 1974, the City Council of <br />the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in special session at the <br />regular meeting place thereof in the City Hall of said City, with <br />the fOllowing members present, to wit: <br />EDDY A. ETHEREDGE, Mayor <br />WILLIAM L. CUNNINGHAM <br />GUILLERMO DeLa ROSA <br />BItt ~IBRELL Councilmen <br />LU CIANO H. FLORES <br />RODS KINe <br />DAVID R. TAUCH <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, City Secretary <br />and the following absent: Councilmen Dibrell and King ,consti tuting <br />a quorum, and proceedings were had as follows: <br />Councilman DeLa Rosa introduced the proposed ordinance <br />and same was read in full. Councilman DeLa Rosa moved tha t <br />the rule requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting <br />of the City Council be suspended, and that this ordinance be <br />passed as an emergency measure as stated in the preamble of said <br />ordinance, and that said ordinance become effective immediately <br />from and after its passage. Motion was seconded by Councilman <br />CnnninihRm The motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Mayor Etheredge and Councilmen Cunningham, DeLa Rosa <br />Flores Tauch <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br />Councilman DeLa Rosa moved that the ordinance be passed <br />finally. The motion was seconded by Councilman Cunningham <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Mayor Etheredge and Councilmen Cunningham , DeLa Rosa <br />Flores Tauch <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br />The Mayor announced that the ordinance had been passed finally, <br />The Ordinance is as follows: <br /> <br />L <br />
