<br />161 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1974-17-R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, ADOPTING A MINIMUM FINE SCHEDULE <br />FOR FINES ASSESSED IN MUNICIPAL COURT OF SAID CITY AND <br />DIREC~ING A MmNICIPAL COURT JUDGE TO INCORPORATE SAID <br />SCHEDULE INTO THE PROCEDURES OF SAID COURT. <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by previous action the City Council of the City of San Marcos <br />has repealed that certain ordinance establishing a minimum fine schedule <br />for fines assessed in the Municipal Court of said City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desires to give the Municipal Court Judge some <br />direction in the assessment of fines in said Court; now, there, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS: <br /> <br />Part 1. That a new minimum fine schedule be, and is hereby, adopted by <br />the City Council of said City so as to establish a new schedule of fines <br />to be assessed in the Municipal Court of said City as reflected by the <br />schedule attached hereto, such schedule being incorporated herein for <br />all intents and purposes. <br /> <br />Part 2.
