<br />l75 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1974-l9-R <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />On this the 24th day of June, 1974, the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at the <br /> <br />regular meeting place in the City Hall of said City, with the <br />following members present, to wit: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />DR. EMMIE CRADDOCK, <br />'PE~::BHSHiAN <br />BILL CUNNINGHAM <br />BILL DIBRELL <br />LUCIANO FLORES <br />JOHN HANSEN <br />KENNETH SUTTON <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, City secretary <br />and the following absent: Ted Breihan <br />A quorum being present and after the following resolution was <br />read, Councilman Flores moved its adoption. Councilman <br />Cunningham seconded the motion. The motion, carrying with it <br />the adoption of the resolution, prevailed by the following vote: <br />AYES: Mayor Craddock and Councilmen Cunningham , <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />Dibrell <br /> <br />Flores <br /> <br />Hansen <br /> <br />, Sutton <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br />The Resolution is as follows: <br />WHEREAS, each and all of the members of the City Council of <br />the City of San Marcos was duly and sufficiently notified, offi- <br />cially and personally, in advance, of the time, place and purpose <br />II of this meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, proper notice of this meeting has been duly and <br />timely posted as provided by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines and finds the advisa- <br />bility and necessity of constructing a city hall for said City <br />and that the same is an authorized need and the City has the <br />
