<br />1973 - 3 <br /> <br />c/1l <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND REGULATING <br />RATES AND CHARGES WHICH MAY BE COLLECTED <br />FOR LOCA[ TELEPHONE SERVICE RENDERED IN <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Section 1. Thefol lowing classes of services and monthly <br />rates and charges for local telephone service in the ~ity <br />of San Marcos, Texas, are'hereby establ ishea: <br /> <br />Class of Service Monthly Rates <br />Bus i ness, Party 13.75 <br />Business, 2 Party 10.00 <br />Business, 4 Party 7.50 <br />Residence, 1 Party 6.75 <br />Residence, 2 Party 5.50 <br />Residence, 4 Party 4.50 <br />Extensions, Business 1.75 <br />Extens jlons, Residence 1.50 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Authority to charge for miscellaneous services and equipment <br />the rates set out in the Schedule of Miscellaneous Rates and <br />Charges attached hereto and made a part hereof is also granted. <br /> <br />Section 2.
