<br />1973 - 23 <br /> <br />95 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT <br />ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS <br />THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES <br />AND LAND, DATED MAY 23, 1966 (VOL. 32) BY <br />CHANGING THE ZONING OF A LOT LOCATED ON THE <br />CORNER OF COERS DRIVE AND RANCH ROAD 12 AND <br />THE LOT DIRECTLY BEHIND 100 COERS DRIVE, FACING <br />COERS (SEE METES AND BOUNDS ATTACHED), FROM <br />"R-l" (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO "C" <br />(COMMERCIAL) . <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS: <br /> <br />That the following described piece of real property located in <br /> <br />Ban Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned "R-l" <br /> <br />(single family residential) henceforth shall be rezoned, such <br /> <br />rezoning to be effective after legal passage of this ordinance, <br />and publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area: <br /> <br />A lot located on the corner of Ranch Road 12 and Coers <br />Drive and the lot directly behind 100 Coers Drive, <br />facing Coers Drive (see metes and bounds attached), from <br />"R-l" (single family residential) to "c" (commercial). <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading May 14, 1973. <br />PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading May 29, 1973. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED June 11, 1973. <br /> <br />d~~La,M~j;rJ <br /> <br />, Eddy l.
