YARBROUGH, JR., <br />ROSS KING <br />GUILLERMO DE LA ROSA <br />DR. DAVID R. TAUCH <br />FRANCES D. EMERY <br />EDDY ETHEREDGE <br />LUCIANO H. FLORES <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />MRS. DOROTHY O. WORRELL, <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />, constituting a <br /> <br />quorum, and proceedings were had as follows: <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />introduced the proposed ordinance <br />Tauch <br /> <br />Mayor YarhrnllQh <br />and same was read in full. <br /> <br />moved that <br /> <br />the rule requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting <br />of the City Council be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed <br /> <br />as an emergency measure as stated in the preamble of said ordinance, <br /> <br />and that said ordinance become effective immediately from and after <br /> <br />its passage. Motion was seconded by Councilman KinQ <br /> <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen King, De La Rosa, Tauch, Emery, Etheredge, <br />Flores and Mayor Yarbrough. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />NOES: None. <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Tauch <br /> <br />moved that the ordinance be passed <br /> <br />finally. The motion was seconded by Councilman Kin~ <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />Councilmen King, De La Rosa, Tauch, I~ery, Etheredge, <br />Flores and M~yor Yarbrough. <br /> <br />The motion <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the ordinance had been passed finally. <br />The Ordinance is as follows: <br />
