<br />Cr fz <br />I <br /> <br />1972-11 <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> <br />On this the 24th day of April, 1972, the City Council of San <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Marcos, Texas, convened in regular session at the regular meeting <br /> <br />place in the City Hall of .said City, with the following members <br /> <br />present, to wit: <br /> <br />LUCIANO H. FLORES, <br />WILLIAM L. CUNNINGHAM <br />GUILLEBMO DeLa. ROSA <br />EDDY A. ETHEREDGE <br />ROSS KING <br />DAVID R. TAUCH <br />HERBERT A. YARBROUGH, JR. <br />DOROTHY O. WORRELL, <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />, constituting <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />a quorum, and proceedings were had as follows: <br /> <br />Mayor Flores <br /> <br />introduced the proposed ordinance <br /> <br />and same was read in full. Councilman Yarbrough <br /> <br />moved that <br /> <br />the rule requiring ordinances to be read at more than one meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council be suspended, and that this ordinance be passed <br /> <br />as an emergency measure as stated in the preamble of said ordinance, <br />and that said ordinance become effective immediately from and after <br />its passage. Motion was seconded by Councilman Etheredge <br /> <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />and Councilmen Cunningham <br />King Tauch <br /> <br />moved that the ordinance be passed <br /> <br />finally.
