He <br />stated he is concerned the City wants to put a fence around a one acre <br />tract, which the City does not want to keep for parkland. He stated he <br />approached the City regarding abandonment and feels the appraisal on the <br />property is wrong. 2) Camille Phillips stated she wished to speak <br />regarding Item 12, adoption of Ordinance regarding Waterworks and <br />WasteWater System Revenue Bonds. She stated she opposes the funding of <br />Water/Wastewater projects on emergency. She stated she also opposes <br />funding Hotel/Convention Center projects before the City has a contract <br /> <br />*Mr. Taylor and Ms. Womack were not present at this meeting. <br />
