• RESOLUTION 2011 -7R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING ANNUAL CONTRACTS TO HD <br />SUPPLY WATERWORKS IN THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL AMOUNT OF <br />29,403.24 AND TO G.A. POWERS CO. IN THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL <br />AMOUNT OF $28,863.54 FOR THE PURCHASE OF MISCELLANEOUS <br />WATER AND WASTEWATER REPAIR PARTS; AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The award of an annual contract to HD Supply Waterworks, located in <br />Kyle, Texas for the purchase of miscellaneous water and wastewater repair parts (IFB -211 -008), <br />Sections 1, 4 and 5 in the estimated annual amount of $29,403.24 is approved. <br />PART 2. The award of an annual contract to G.A. Powers Co., located in San <br />Marcos, Texas for the purchase of miscellaneous water and wastewater repair parts (11713-211- <br />008), Sections 2 and 3 in the estimated annual amount of $28,863.54 is approved. <br />• PART 3. The City Manager, James R. Nuse, is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />purchasing documents with HD Supply Waterworks and with G.A. Powers Co. on behalf of the <br />City. <br />PART 4.
