Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6 :00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.071, to seek the City Attorney's advice regarding pending litigation, contemplated litigation, a settlement offer, or a matter involving attorney- client privilege (San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce economic development agreement; executive session procedures); Sections 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss the value of real property (Mitchell Street property); Section 551.074, to discuss the duties of public officers (Main Street Advisory Board Members; City Manager); and Section 551.076, to discuss commercial or financial information the City has received from a business prospect that the City seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the City and with which the City is conducting economic development OF THE MARCOS,
