Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Receive Functional Analvsis Presentation from the following departments: <br />A) Police Department <br />B) Finance Department <br />Chief Howard Williams presented the City Council with the functional analysis for the Police <br />Department. During his presentation he provided Council with information regarding personnel <br />structure, budget, historic trends, recent efficiency, and potential new funding sources. <br />
