<br />47 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1982-4R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT OF LEASE BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AND BUDA IN- <br />DUSTRIES, INC., FOR A PORTION OF SAN MARCOS <br />MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING <br />AN AUCTION OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT; AUTHORIZING THE <br />MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br />OF LEASE AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Buda Industries, Inc., wishes to lease a portion <br />of the San Marcos Municipal Airport from March 10, 1982, to <br />April 9, 1982; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the San Marcos Airport Commission has approved <br />the terms and conditions of the attached Agreement of Lease <br />and recommends that it be approved by the City Council of <br />San Marcos, Texas; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the Agreement of Lease between the City of <br />San Marcos, Texas, and Buda Industries, Inc., for a portion of <br />San Marcos Municipal Airport for the purpose of conducting an <br />auction of heavy equipment, a copy of said Agreement being <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and pur- <br />poses, be, and the same is hereby, approved in all respects. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br />Emmie Craddock, be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute said <br />Agreement on behalf of said City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
