III RESOLUTION NO.1982- 16~{ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A PIPE LINE LICENSE TO BE GRANTED BY THE MISSOURI-KANSAS-TEXAS RAILROAD COMPANY; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO SIGN SAID LICENSE; ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT IN THE M~OUNT OF FOUR HUNDRED NINETY FIVE DOLLARS ($495.00) FOR SAID LICENSE AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the city of San Marcos, Texas, has the need to cross premises owned by the Missouri~Kansas-Texas Railroad Company in order to place an eight inch (8") sanitary sewer pipe line,in the vicinity of Redwood Road; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to obtain a license from said railroad company to place said line; and, WHEREAS, said railroad company is willing to grant such a license on the terms and conditions of the attached Pipe Line License; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the terms and conditions of the Pipe Line License to be granted by the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad Company to the City of San Marcos, Texas, for placement of an eight inch (8") sanitary sewer pipe line in the vicinity of Redwood Road, a copy of which Pipe Line License is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, be, and the same are hereby, approved in all respects. PART 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute said Pipe Line License on behalf of the City of San Marcos. PART 3.
