<br />72. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1999 - 3R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br />APPROVING THE LEASE OF A TRACT OF <br />LAND AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL <br />AIRPORT TO NORTH AMERICAN TOP GUN, <br />INC.; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. North American Top Gun, Inc. has requested to lease a portion of the San Marcos <br />Airport for a short period of time (January 4 through January 24, 1999) for the purpose of <br />operating a specialized flight school providing rides and training in World War II aircraft. <br /> <br />2. Gryphon Aviation, Inc. will provide office space and support to North American Top <br />Gun, Inc. <br /> <br />3. North American Top Gun, Inc. will lease the portion of the ramp adjacent to Gryphon <br />Aviation, Inc. from the City. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1 . The attached Lease of Airport Property to North American Top Gun, <br />Inc. is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry G. Gilley, is authorized to execute the lease <br />on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3. <br />passage. <br /> <br />That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 11th day of January 1999. <br /> <br />~&g~ ~ <br /> <br />Billy G.
