') <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br />APPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE SCHEIB <br />OPPORTUNITY CENTER FOR THE USE OF A <br />PORTION OF DELMAR STREET FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF PROVIDING DRIVEWAY <br />ACCESS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br />TO EXECUTE THE LICENSE AGREEMENT; <br />AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The Scheib Opportunity Center is the owner of Block 15 of the Westover Addition <br />and the property is located between Bishop and Allen Street, Delmar Street and Earle <br />Street. <br /> <br />2. The Scheib Opportunity Center has requested the City's permission to use a portion <br />of the undeveloped right-of-way of Delmar Street, between Bishop Street and Allen Street, <br />for the purpose of providing driveway access to their property. <br /> <br />3. The City is willing to grant this permission in the form of the attached License <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The attached License Agreement between the City and the Scheib <br />Opportunity Center is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D.
