I I I 32 RESOLUTION NO. 1980-cR A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF THE COMPLETION OF A WASTE- WATER EXTENSION TO AN AREA ANNEXED BY SAID CITY ON JUNE 6, 1979; AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THIS CONSTRUCTION; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, has contracted with Du- Mar Enterprises for the construction of a wastewater extension to an area annexed by said city on June 6, 1979; and WHEREAS, the construction of this wastewater extension has been completed; and WHEREAS, this extension has been cleared by the inspectors for final payment,; and, WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of San Marcos recommends that the City Council accept the wastewater extension for use by the city, and authorize final payment to Du-Mor Enterprises in the amount of thirty two thousand, six hundred and one dollars ($32,601.00); now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART 1. That the work performed by Du-Mor Enterprises in constructing the wastewater extension to an area annexed by the city on June 6, 1979, be and is hereby, accepted as being complete pursuant to the terms of the contract for said construction. PART 2. That the City of San Marcos is hereby authorized to make the final payment to Du-Mor Enterprises for said construction in the amount of thirty two thousand, six hundred and one dollars ($32,601.00) .
