<br />116 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1998- <br /> <br />20 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A PICKUP TRUCK FOR THE <br />PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT THROUGH THE STATE GENERAL <br />SERVICES COMMISSION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of a pickup truck for the Public Works Department <br />(Wastewater Disposal) from McCombs Fleet Service, located in Austin, Texas through the <br />State General Services Commission for $19,643.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry Gilley is authorized to execute appropriate <br />purchasing documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
