TO 5:00 P.M. ON THE NORTH SIDE OF <br /> HUTCHISON STREET, FROM GUADALUPE STREET WEST, A DISTANCE <br /> I <br /> OF 146 FEET; INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS; AND <br /> PROVIDING FOR PENAL TIES. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 82.160 of the San Marcos City Code, the <br /> traffic register maintained under Section 82.067 of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances <br /> is amended by adding the following parking limitation: <br /> Fifteen minutes, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the North side of <br /> Hutchison Street, from Guadalupe Street West, a distance of 146 feet. <br /> SECTION 2. That if any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this <br /> ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the <br /> remaining provisions of this ordinance shall remain in effect as if the unconstitutional or <br /> invalid portion had not been adopted. <br /> SECTION 3. That all ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or <br /> resolutions in conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br /> SECTION 4. That any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be <br /> I deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to the penalty <br /> provided in Section 82.159 of the San Marcos City Code. <br /> SECTION 5.
