GRIFFITH & ASSOCIATES, LTD. FOR <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH A COST <br /> ALLOCATION STUDY i AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> The City of San Marcos and David M. Griffith & <br /> Associates, Ltd. wish to enter into an agreement for <br /> professional services in connection with the provision of a <br /> cost allocation study for the City of San Marcos. <br /> BE" IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That an agreement between the City and <br /> David M. Griffith & Associates, Ltd. for professional <br /> services in connection with the provision of a cost <br /> allocation study for the City, a copy of which is attached to <br /> and incorporated in this Resolution for all -d..ntents and <br /> purposes, is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, <br /> is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
