<br />~ 23 <br /> RESOLUTION 1994- 9 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> NO. 5 BETWEEN THE CITY AND MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT <br /> TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE JA1.\fITORIAL SERVICES <br /> CONTRACT FOR A FINAL YEAR¡ AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. On February 28, 1991 the City of San Marcos <br /> entered into a contract with Maintenance Management for <br /> janitorial services. <br /> 2. On February II, 1992 the contract was extended <br /> for an additional one year period. <br /> 3. On January 25, 1993 the contract was extended <br /> for an additional one year period. <br /> 4. Both parties agree to extend the original <br /> contract for a final year. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF {THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That Supplemental Agreement No. 5 between <br /> the City of San Marcos and Maintenance Management, to extend <br /> the term of the janitorial services contract for an <br /> additional year, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, is <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is <br /> authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
