<br />~ลก <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1994- 19 R <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS f AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO <br />MISSION UNIFORM AND LINEN FOR THE PROVISION OF U <br />UNIFORM SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That award of an annual contract for the <br />provision of uniform services to Mission Uniform and Linen <br />located in Round Rock, Texas in the amount of $30,856.80 is <br />approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the Purchasing Manager, Cheryl <br />Pantermuehl, is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
