Cavazos <br />Tess Norris <br /> <br />Also Present: Dinah Elwell, Mae Cephas, Kelly Kilber, Charles Stone, <br />John Smalling and Dusty Rhodes. <br /> <br />The Mayor Pro-Tem called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The Mayor Pro-Tem introduced for consideration the sale of a cemetery <br />lot. Mr. Tarbutton explained the request of the Evans family to purchase <br />four lots in an easement. The Acting City Manager asked if the Council <br />wanted funds appropriated for the survey. Mr. Tarbutton moved to approve <br />the sale of four plots contiguous to Block 37 of Section L of the Old <br />Original, if space is available, and the cost of the survey would be <br />considered part of the purchase price. Mr. Brown seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 5:45 p.m. on motion of Mr. Brown and second <br />of Mr. James ...... ~ <br /> <br />Karl W.
