<br />o~ (Vì !;;I 18 <br /> o- ;5j <br />\ù~ q:: \.A.1 <br /> - =a <br />U-o r-f') ~ ORDINANCE NO. 1993 - -2.2.- <br />-~ u.. ,,;'J '8 <br />W< ~ 55' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET <br /> ORDINANCE FOR THE 1992-1993 FISCAL YEAR TO <br /> PROVIDE INCREASED FUNDING FOR THE CRISIS <br /> HOTLINE¡ AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 8.16 of the City Charter <br /> of the City of San Marcos, Texas, the City Council declares that a <br /> public necessity exists which requires amendment of the City's <br /> 1992-93 budget; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> SECTION 1. That the City Budget Ordinance for the 1992-1993 <br /> Fiscal Year is hereby amended as set forth in the attached Exhibit <br /> A, in order to provide increased funding for the Crisis Hotline. <br /> SECTION 2. That these revisions and reappropriations which <br /> shall be the amended budget for the City of San Marcos, Texas, for <br /> the fiscal year 1992-1993, are hereby approved and adopted. <br /> SECTION 3.
