That section 3 of the Ordinance adopted February <br />8, 1993 ordering a joint general and special election for May 1, <br />1993 is amended to change the following polling places for the <br />election: <br /> <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT SINGLE-MEMBER DISTRICT 1: <br /> <br />Precinct # Entity Pollinq Place <br /> <br />Staples School civic Cenber <br />Staples, Texas <br /> <br /> <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT SINGLE-MEMBER DISTRICT 2: <br /> <br />Precinct # Entity Pollinq Place <br /> <br />Martindale School Baptist Tabernacle <br />Martindale, Texas <br /> <br />, <br />SECTION 2. That all other polling places for the May 1, 1993 <br />election established in the Ordinance adopted February 8, 1993 <br />shall remain in effect. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That if any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or <br />paragraph of this ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or <br />invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining <br />provisions of this ordinance shall remain in effect as if the <br />unconstitutional or invalid portion had not been adopted. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
