V5~ ORDINANCE NO. 1993 - ~ . <br />- ""I ocr::- Q <br />- - -\ ï::: <br />!J.:~ g;:- ë:3~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING THE CITY BUDGET <br />ORDINANCE FOR THE 1992-1993 FISCAL YEAR TO <br />PROVIDE FUNDING FOR PURCHASE OF A LIGHT DUTY <br />PICKUP FOR THE ANIMAL SHELTER THROUGH THE <br />STATE PURCHASING GENERAL SERVICES COMMISSION; <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 8.16 of the City Charter <br />~ of the City of San Marcos, Texas, the City Council declares that a <br />public necessity exists which requires amendment of the City's <br />1992-93 budget; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the City Budget Ordinance for the 1992-1993 <br />Fiscal Year 'is hereby amended as set forth in the attached Exhibit <br />A, in order to provide funding for purchase of a light duty pickup <br />for the Animal Shelter through the State Purchasing General <br />Services Commission. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That these revisions and reappropriations which <br />shall be the amended budget for the City of San Marcos, Texas, for <br />the fiscal year 1992-1993, are hereby approved and adopted. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
