<br />113 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1992- 7 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE REMOVAL BY THE CHIEF OF <br />POLICE OF DANETTE HOWELL, DAVID DANIELS, WILLIAM <br />FEICK, KERRY DABBS, TERRY AVALOS, GARY SPURGER, <br />DANIEL BURGET, DAVID SNEED, AND QUINTON \"1. SNEED <br />FROM THE POLICE RESERVE FORCE: AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 21-16 of the San <br />Marcos Code of Ordinances, the Chief of Police of the City of <br />San Marcos, Texas has appointed certain persons as members of <br />the police reserve force of the City: and, <br /> <br />ì.vHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and <br />determines that the removal of certain members of the police <br />reserve force is in the best interest of the public health, <br />safety and welfare: now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the removal by the Chief of Police of <br />Danette Howell, David Daniels, William Feick, Kerry Dabbs, <br />Terry Avalos, Gary Spurger, Daniel Burget, David Sneed, and <br />Quinton W. Sneed from the police reserve force is hereby in <br />all things approved. <br /> <br />PART 2.
