<br />RESOLL~ION NO. 1981-l7R <br /> <br />91 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN ~ffiRCOS, TEXAS, <br />AMENDING THAT RESOLUTION ADOPTED <br />JANUARY 12, 1981 WHICH ORDERED <br />THE REGULAR CITY ELECTION TO BE <br />HELD APRIL 4, 1981, BY PROVIDING <br />FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION <br />OFFICIALS; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Resolution was adopted on January 12, 1981 which ordered <br />that the Regular City Election be held Saturday, April 4, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, when the aforementioned Resolution was adopted all persons <br />had not been selected to serve as election officials; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN HARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the following named persons are hereby appointed officers <br />for said election: <br /> <br />In Election Precinct 11, with Elida Mendez as Presiding Judge and Mrs. <br />Nelvia Burleson as Alternate Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge <br />shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist her which shall not exceed <br />two clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct 12, with Joe Gonzales as Presiding Judge and <br />Mrs. Herminia Flores as Alternate Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge <br />shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist him which shall not exceed <br />two clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct 13, with Rose Brooks as Presiding Judge and Mrs. <br />Elsie Garcia as Alternate Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge <br />shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist her which shall not exceed <br />two clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct 20, with Margie Villalpando as Presiding Judge and <br />Elizabeth Champagne as Alternate Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge <br />shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist her which shall not exceed <br />two clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct 30, with Mrs. Johnnie Armstead as Presiding Judge <br />and Mrs. Francisca Munoz as Alternate Presiding Judge, and said Presiding <br />Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist her which shall not <br />exceed two clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct 33 and for Absentee Voting, with Irene Trinidad as <br />Presiding Judge and Mrs. Robert Finnie as Alternate Presiding Judge, and <br />said Presiding Judge shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist her <br />which shall not exceed two clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct 34, with Mary Louise Thornton as Presiding Judge and <br />Aart Millecam as Alternate Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge <br />shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist her which shall not exceed <br />two clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct 36, with Susan Jarrett as Presiding Judge and <br />Ofelia Vasquez as Alternate Presiding Judge, said Presiding Judge shall <br />appoint the necessary clerks to assist her which shall not exceed two <br />clerks. <br /> <br />In Election Precinct 44, with Cecil Walston as Presiding Judge and <br />Estella Lerma as Alternate Presiding Judge, and said Presiding Judge <br />shall appoint the necessary clerks to assist him which shall not exceed <br />two clerks. <br />
