<br /> 63 <br /> RESOLUTION 1991-12 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A REVISED BUDGET TO THAT <br /> CONTRACT FOR A "TRASER" TRAFFIC SAFETY PROGRAM WITH <br /> THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC <br /> TRANSPORTATION: AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> vlHEREAS , on October 1, 199Ø the City of San Marcos <br /> entered into a contract with the State of Texas acting by and <br /> through the State Department of Highways and Public <br /> Transportation (the "State") for a traffic safety program <br /> grant described as TRASER: and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the original <br /> budget of that contract to redistribute allocated funding as <br /> of October 1, 199Ø: now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART l. That the adoption of a revised budget to <br /> that Contract between the City and the State, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents <br /> and purposes, is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2.
