56 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APRIL 11, 1983 PRESENT: Mayor Emmie Craddock Council Members Karl W. Brown Gerald G. C. Knox, John Morrisset, Billy Moore, Bill Nicola, Pat Price, Rodney Ruiz, Jeff Watkins, Jerri Martin, Olga Garza, Harvey Ginsburg, Terry Fredrickson, Shirley Wicker- sham, Charles Dees, Nicolas Pompa, Bonny Farino, Mike Butterfield, Sylvia Esquivel, C. E. O'Bryant and others. Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held March 28, 1983. Mr. Brown moved to approve the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. Mr. Moore asked that the minutes be corrected to reflect he voted against adoption of the Resolution approving an amendment to an agreement between the City and the Texas Department of Health for services pursuant to the special supplement food program for women, infants and children (WIC) on Page 4 of the minutes. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Kreczmer, Moore. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra, Kissler. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held March 31, 1983. Mr. Brown moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Moore seconded the motion. On roll call the fol- lowing vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Moore. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Guerra, Kissler, Kreczmer. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held April 4, 1983. Mr. Farr moved for approval of the minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
