Womack <br /> City Attorney Barbara Jean Edwards <br /> Director of Public Works George Boeker <br /> Also Present: Lee Head, Richard Kern, Fred Roberts and others. <br /> Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of award of bid <br /> on the Mill Street Drainage Project. Mr. Farr moved to award the base <br /> bid to Jack A. Miller, Inc. in the amount of $208,412.50 and Alternates <br /> 1, 2 and 3 to Du-Mor Enterprises in the amount of $192,579.42, for a <br /> total of $400,991.92 and Mr. Kreczmer seconded the motion, which <br /> passed unanimously. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval to award bid on <br /> the Comanche/Franklin Standpipe Painting.
