<br />32 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1989-7R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE <br />APPOINTMENT BY THE CHIEF OF POLICE OF KEVIN L. <br />WEBBER, TERRY NICHOLS, LISA MCLENNON AND <br />WILLI&~ MAAS AS MEMBERS OF SAID CITY'S POLICE <br />RESERVE FORCE ~ APPROVING THE REMOVAL BY THE <br />CHIEF OF POLICE OF CARL RACKLEY, DONALD R. <br />STEWART, JEFFREY KUNZE AND CHARLES NEFF FROM <br />THE POLICE RESERVE FORCE ~ AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Ordinance 1985-8 duly adopted on <br />January 28, 1985, the Chief of Police of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, has appointed certain persons as members of the police <br />reserve force of said City~ and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of said City hereby finds and <br />determines that approval of certain appointments and removals is <br />in the interest of the public health, safety and wel fare ~ now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the appointment by the Chief of Police of <br />Kevin L. Webber, Terry Nichols, Lisa McClennon, and William Maas <br />as members of said City I s pol ice reserve force is hereby in all <br />things approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the removal by the Chief of Police of Carl <br />Rackley, Donald R. Stewart, Jeffrey Kunze and Charles Neff from <br />the police reserve force is hereby in all things approved. <br /> <br />PART 3.
