<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS DEDICATING REAL PROPERTY
<br />COMPRISING ALL OF BLOCK 25 OF THE SECOND
<br />SECTION OF VICTORY GARDENS AS PARKLAND, AND
<br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas is the owner of real
<br />property comprising all of Block 25 of the Second Section of
<br />Victory Gardens, an addition to the City of San Marcos; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the citizens of said City
<br />that said land be utilized for park purposes; now, therefore,
<br />
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS,
<br />TEXAS:
<br />
<br />SECTION I. That real property more particularly described
<br />below is hereby dedicated as parkland and shall henceforth be
<br />used only for park purposes:
<br />
<br />All that certain real property conveyed to the City of
<br />San Marcos by the following described deeds and
<br />comprising all of Block 25 of the Second Section of
<br />Victory Gardens, a subdivision in the City of San
<br />Marcos, Texas as shown on the map or plat thereof
<br />recorded in Volume 130, Page 48 of the Deed Records of
<br />Hays County, Texas:
<br />
<br />I. Deed dated December II, 1975 from Manuel A. Gonzales
<br />and wife, Delfina M. Gonzales, to the City of San
<br />Marcos, Texas and recorded in Vol. 280, Pg. 181 of the
<br />Deed Records of Hays County, Texas;
<br />
<br />2. Deed dated December II, 1975 from Manuel A. Gonzales
<br />and wife, Delfina M. Gonzales, to the City of San
<br />Marcos, Texas and recorded in Vol 280, Pg. 183 of the
<br />Deed Records of Hays County, Texas;

<br />3. Deed dated December 4, 1975 from Sebero Tobias and
<br />wife, Biatriz Tobias, to the City of San Marcos, Texas
<br />and recorded in Vol. 280, Pg. 227 of the Deed Records of
<br />Hays County, Texas;
