<br /> 47 <br /> ORDINANCE 1989-24 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE I, SECTION <br />2-7, OF THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES BY THE <br />ADDITION OF A PROVISION FOR THE SALE OF ORDINANCES <br />COMPREHENSIVELY UPDATED BY THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT~ AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />SECTION 1. That Section 2-7 of Chapter 2, Article I of the Code <br />of Ordinances of the City of San Marcos, Texas, be amended by the <br />addition of a subsection (c) to read as follows: <br />Sec. 2-7.
