Ron Patterson <br /> Director of Library Stephanie Langenkamp <br /> Fire Chief Dan O'leary <br /> Police Chief Larry Kendrick <br /> Director of Parks & Recreation Rodney Cobb <br /> Director of Public Works George Boeker <br /> Also Present: Kim Doherty, Collette Duran, Melissa Millecam, Scott Maier, Katheryn <br /> Cannon and others. <br /> Mayor Pro-Tem Fred Guerra called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Mr. Guerra introduced for consideration a public'hearing on the proposed property tax <br /> rate increase. There were no speakers so Mr. Guerra closed the public hearing. Mr. <br /> Gilley stated the property tax was the same rate as 1993's; although property <br /> valuations have increased. <br /> Mr. Guerra introduced for consideration approval to set date, time and place for vote on <br /> tax rate increase. Mr. Hernandez moved to schedule the vote for September 12, 1994, <br /> at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall and Mr. Mooney seconded the <br /> motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 7:04 p.m. on motion made by Mr. Mooney and seconded by <br /> Mr. Moore. <br /> ,lLL'Y~L/c:t <br /> Kathy M.
