<br /> <br />S!.. ~ <br />.~ O:c <br />~ e: <br />" Lw <br />4"' r5~ <br />o WOj <br />~ U':l_ <br />Q 0 <br /> <br />245. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 2000 - 2 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AMENDING THE TRAFFIC REGISTER MAINTAINED UNDER SECTION <br />82.067 OF THE SAN MARCOS CITY CODE BY THE ADDITION OF PARKING <br />LIMITATIONS IN THE 200 THROUGH 400 BLOCKS OF WEST SAN ANTONIO <br />STREET; INCLUDING PROCEDURAL PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR <br />PENALTIES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 82.160 of the San Marcos City Code, <br />the traffic register maintained under Section 82.067 of the San Marcos Code of <br />Ordinances is amended by adding the following parking limitation: <br /> <br />Two hours, in the 200 through 400 blocks of West San Antonio <br />Street. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of <br />this ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction, the other provisions of this ordinance will continue in force if they can <br />be given effect without the invalid portion. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances <br />or resolutions in conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance <br />commits a misdemeanor and is subject to the penalty provided in Section 82.159 <br />of the San Marcos City Code upon conviction. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
