<br />102 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2000 12 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO KBS ELECTRICAL <br />DISTRIBUTORS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN AUTOMATIC <br />TRANSFER SWITCH; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of a contract to KBS Electrical Distributors, Inc. of Austin, <br />Texas for the purchase of an automatic transfer switch for the Electric Utility Department <br />in the amount of $29,000.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br />execute appropriate contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
