Terry <br />Jude Prather <br />Ryan Thomason <br />Kim Porterfield <br />Shane Scott <br />Chris Jones *Departed- early -due to emergency - <br />City Staff., <br />James Nuse, City Manager <br />Laurie Moyer, Assistant City Manager <br />Collette Jamison, Assistant City Manager <br />Michael Cosentino, City Attorney <br />Jamie Lee Pettijohn, City Clerk <br />Elizabeth Trevino, Records Management Program Administrator <br />2 Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the regular meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:35 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3 Receive a presentation regarding the Lone Star Rail District, and provide direction to <br />Staff. <br />Joseph Black, Lone Star Rail District Rail Director /Ops Manager, provided City Council with an <br />update regarding Lone Star Rail Districts. He provided information on what the challenges and <br />objectives are, financial and economic benefits, what has happened so far and what is happening <br />now, what happens next, and financial strategy. <br />
