12.Consider approval of Ordinance 2013 -45, on the second of two readings, authorizing the <br />assessment and collection of fees for certain services provided by the San Marcos Fire <br />Department at vehicle fires, vehicle collisions, hazardous waste spills and rescue <br />incidents; providing for severability; and providing an effective date. <br />13.Consider approval of Ordinance 2013 -46, on the second of two readings, amending the <br />Traffic Register maintained under Section 82.067 of the San Marcos City Code to <br />prohibit parking any time on both sides of Hunter Road between McCarty Lane and <br />Wonder World Drive; and including procedural provisions. <br />14.Consider approval of Ordinance 2013 -47, on the second of two readings, designating a <br />No Parking Tow -Away Zone at all times on both sides of the 100 to 400 Blocks of <br />Hughson Drive (from Old Ranch Road 12 to Craddock Avenue) and amending the <br />Traffic Register maintained under Section 82.067 of the San Marcos City Code to reflect <br />such designation, and including procedural provisions. <br />15.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -127R, approving the renewal of an annual <br />contract with AMAJS, LLC for the provision of Janitorial Services; authorizing the <br />deletion of the City Police Department and Public Library from the contract for a cost <br />reduction of $100,800.00 and approving a CPI adjustment of 1.6 percent ($2,122.87) for <br />a total revised annual contract amount of $134,802.16; authorizing the Purchasing <br />Manager to execute the appropriate documents related to this contract renewal on <br />behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. <br />16.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -128R, approving an annual state use Contract <br />between the City of San Marcos and Goodwill Temporary Services, Inc. through TIBH <br />Industries, Inc. for the provision of janitorial services for the City Activity Center, <br />Police Department, Public Library and Neighborhood Services Building in a not to <br />exceed annual amount of $208,909.92; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to <br />execute this contract on behalf of the City and declaring an effective date. <br />17.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -129R, approving an agreement between the City <br />and Alonzo, Bacarisse, Irvine & Palmer, P.C. for the provision of Professional Audit <br />Services in an amount not to exceed $179,300.00, for a three year period, contingent <br />upon the Auditor's provision of sufficient insurance in accordance with the attached <br />agreement; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute this agreement on <br />behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. <br />18.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -130R, approving an Interlocal Cooperation <br />Agreement between the City of San Marcos and the San Marcos Consolidated <br />Independent School District for the City to assign four Police Officers to the School <br />District to serve as School Resource Officers; authorizing the City Manager to execute <br />this agreement on behalf of the City; and declaring an effective date. <br />19.Consider approval of Resolution 2013 -131R, approving the purchase of Web Content <br />
