<br />T-Hangars <br /> <br />The t-hangars are leased from the City on a month-to-month basis. They <br />have a 100% occupancy rate, with a waiting list of 16. The t-hangars <br />are in need of repair and have some serious drainage problems, which <br />the Airport Manager is attempting to correct. The t-hangars produce <br />the largest single-point source of revenues on the Airport. There are <br />some serious deficiencies in the lease agreement itself; however, the <br />nev" lease agreement approved by the Airport Commission, and soon to be <br />presented to the City Council for approval, addresses those deficiencies. <br />Port-a-Ports <br />Mengden--all provisions of lease complied with. No copy of lnsurance <br /> in City file. <br />Hibbert--all provisions of lease complied with. No copy of insurance <br /> in City file. <br />Microlon --all provisions of lease complied with. No copy of insurance <br /> in City file. <br />
