Project(s), including such auditing services as the OWNER may require to ascertain how or for what purposes the Contractor uses the money paid by or on behalf of the OWNER. 2.7 The OWNER shall furnish required information and services and shall render responses and conduct its review of written materials as expeditiously as possible. 2.8 The OWNER shall pay all costs incident to obtaining bids or proposals from contractors. 2.9 The OWNER shall either direct the ARCHITECT to perform any and all Additional Services necessary to complete the project (s) or shall furnish such services itself. 2.10 The OWNER shall pay all fees for filing and processing permits in connection with ~e project(s). 2.11 The OWNER shall bear all costs incident to this Article. 2.12 OWNER shall provide the ARCHITECT with the accounting basis for billing acceptable to the OWNER. ARTICLE 3 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES 3.1 If reimbursable expenses are to be paid as a part of this Agreement as set forth in Section 12.3, such expenses are in addition to the compensation for Basic and Additional Services and include certain actual expenditures made by the ARCHITECT and the ARCHITECT's employees and consultants in the interest of the Project expenses listed in the following subparagraph: f or the 3.1.1 Printing costs incurred in printing construction contract documents (at the rate of $13.00 per set). ARTICLE 4 PAYMENTS TO THE ARCHITECT 4.1 PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF BASIC SERVICES Payments shall be made to ARCHITECT following receipt by OWNER 4.1.1 of ARCHITECT's invoice therefor, as follows: 90% upon award of contract 10% upon completion of construction of project -5-
